- Fresh Strawberries: Fresh is best to keep this yogurt strawberry parfait nice and fresh and not soggy or watered down from the frozen fruits.
- Pure Maple Syrup: I used this to naturally sweeten this strawberry parfait without the added refined sugars in most yogurts.
- Non-Dairy Yogurt: I used unsweetened coconut yogurt but your favorite variety will work just fine, be sure it's unsweetened because we are going to naturally sweeten it with maple syrup.
- Vegan Granola: I used homemade vegan granola but if you have a favorite store bought granola that's also fine just watch out for the added refined sugars.

- Strawberry and chocolate: This is the best parfait recipe and only 4 ingredients are needed. If you like the taste of strawberries and chocolate, feel free to add vegan chocolate chips as a topping or make my healthy chocolate sauce for a tasty topping.
