Ingredients
For the full list of ingredients and quantities to make this Peach Mango Smoothie recipe check the recipe card below.
- Frozen Mango and Peaches: Gives the sweetness and flavor to the smoothie.
- Frozen Banana: Gives a creamy texture and filling component to the smoothie.
- Coconut Yogurt: Gives a nice smooth texture and probiotics, although I have left it out and it still tastes amazing.
- Coconut Water: Adds more nutrients to this mango peach smoothie.
- Almond Milk:Â I like almond milk for this peach mango smoothie because it's light and fresh but any non-dairy milk will work.
Variations
- Add Nut Butter: If you are looking for a more filling smoothie add some nut or seed butter such as cashew butter, almond butter or peanut butter.
- Protein Powder: Add a scoop of protein powder (I like pea protein for a mild flavor or hemp protein for a lot of added nutrients but the flavor does change a bit) or your favorite vegan vanilla protein powder would work great. I like Sunwarrior brand.
- Add Greens:Â I love get more greens in any place I can so adding a couple stems of kale to this smoothie is a great way to get more greens in.Â
How to make this Peach Mango Smoothie
Step 1: Place the frozen mango, frozen peaches, frozen banana, yogurt, coconut water and almond milk in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Expert Tips
- Use frozen fruit: Be sure to use frozen strawberries, peaches and banana as this helps to make the smoothie cold. If it is not cold enough for your liking, you can add 1-2 ice cubes.
- Try using homemade milk: This peach mango smoothie is great with one of my homemade non-dairy milk recipes such as our cashew milk, oat milk, coconut milk, or almond milk.
- Serve immediately: Smoothies do not keep well and are best enjoyed right away. Even when chilled in the refrigerator, their texture will begin to deteriorate, so I don’t recommend storing them.
Recipe FAQs
I love to pair banana and other berries like strawberries, blueberries and blackberries with my raspberries weather it’s in a smoothie or fresh as a snack.
Yes you can eat raspberries and bananas together unless you have some kind of dietary restriction preventing it.Â
I like raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries the best for smoothies. They are full of vitamin C and antioxidants. I personally like to use frozen fruit in my smoothie because it gives a nice and cold texture while keeping it creamy smooth.Â
